Order Processing Time
All orders placed are processed and dispatched within 2 days for shipping.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Client will receive text message from our side to inform that the order has been processed.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery process
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
Our delivery agent will contact you on the phone number you provided at checkout when ordering, to notify you on the day of order arrival and confirm your availability for receiving.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees will be calculated based on the client address and the weight of the packed order.
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We deliver to all regions in Ghana, and we cover almost all the towns.
We divided the client address to three sections:
Zone: where the client chooses his zone (region), and there is 11 zones.
Ashanti, Brong-Ahafo, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra – Accra, Greater Accra – Tema, Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Volta and Western.
Town: where the client chooses his city / town.
Address: where the client provides more details about the desired delivery address.
Greater Accra – Accra delivery fees is 15 GHC for order weight less then 1 kg, for order from 1 to 2 kg the fees is 18 GHC, with each 1extra kilogram the fees increase 3 GHC.
The delivery time for Greater Accra – Accra is 48 Hours.
Brong-Ahafo, Ashanti, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra-Tema, Volta, and Western have the same delivery fees.
For these zones the delivery fees is 18 GHC for order weight less than 1 kg, for orders from 1 to 2 kg the fee is 22 GHC, with each 1 extra kilogram the fees increase 4 GHC.
The delivery time for Brong-Ahafo, Ashanti, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra-Tema, Volta and Western is 72 Hours
Northern, Upper East and Upper West have the same delivery fees.
For these zones the delivery fees is 20 GHC for order weight less then 1 kg, for order from 1 to 2 kg the fees is 24 GHC, with each 1extra kilogram the fees increase 4 GHC.
The delivery time for Northern, Upper East and Upper West is 96 Hours.
NOTES
Successfully placed orders will receive a text message with the order number, if you do not receive any message, please contact us for checking up.
Kindly note that we are not able to make changes to your order after proceeding it to the delivery agency.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address, because we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (Excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to re-order
Kindly take into consideration that opening the order directly when receiving it in presence of the delivery agent is not authorized due to security procedures.
